*This offer is subject to the following:

1. If, within 30 days of delivery, you are not totally satisfied with your Miele steam cooker, you may return the unit (in its original condition, including all accessories, instructions and original packaging) to your nearest Miele Branch office.

2. Returns are accepted subject to prior attendance at a Miele Steam Cooking Class at a Miele Showroom or Gallery in your state.

3. Please include a copy of the tax invoice and a brief explanation as to why you decided to return your steam cooker to Miele.

4. This 30 day limit takes effect from time of customer delivery.

5. After verifying the authenticity of your claim and checking that the steam cooker you returned is complete and in its original condition, Miele will arrange for the full purchase price paid for your Miele steam cooker to be posted to the purchaser as listed on the tax invoice.

6. By lodging a claim under this offer, the claimant excludes Miele from any liability for loss or damage resulting from or arising in connection with the offer to the extent permitted by law.
